1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player," "User," or "Account Holder") and ce777 (hereinafter "ce777," "we," "us," or "the Platform"), which operates the online casino and sportsbook accessible at ce777.bio and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ce777 platform — including its casino games, sportsbook, live dealer tables, fishing games, slot titles, payment services, and customer support — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using ce777 immediately and close your account.

These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version, the English text shall prevail. ce777 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or on-platform notification. Continued use of ce777 following notification of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain a ce777 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout the life of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ce777 strictly enforces a 21+ age policy across all products and services on the platform.
• You must be a natural person, not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must be of sound mind and acting voluntarily when registering and placing wagers.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid Pakistani CNIC number.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of a ce777 employee or contractor in a role that involves access to platform systems, odds, or game outcomes.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by ce777 or any recognised third-party responsible gaming authority at the time of registration.

ce777 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for that decision. Registration by persons who do not meet the above eligibility criteria is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3. Account Obligations

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) ce777 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ce777 will close all accounts associated with that individual. Any balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited and any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be deemed fraudulently obtained.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ce777 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ce777 accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

You must notify ce777 immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation by contacting the support team at [email protected]. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including all wagers placed and all transactions initiated, until ce777 has acknowledged receipt of your notification and taken action to secure the account.

All personal information provided to ce777 must be kept current and accurate. You must update your account details promptly if your name, address, contact number, or payment information changes. Providing false or misleading personal information to ce777 constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Payments

ce777 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via a range of local payment methods designed to make funding your account straightforward for players across Pakistan. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, GrabPay, and Cash OTC where available.

All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits which are displayed at the time of deposit within your ce777 account cashier. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted at ce777's discretion. Deposits are credited to your ce777 account balance in real time or within a reasonable processing window depending on the payment method selected.

You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or payment methods not verified as belonging to you are prohibited. ce777 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and conduct enhanced due diligence where third-party funding is suspected.

ce777 does not charge players a fee for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees or currency conversion charges. ce777 is not responsible for any fees imposed by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or other payment intermediary.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made by verified account holders who have completed the ce777 Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Verification requires submission of a valid CNIC, proof of address, and payment method verification documentation as specified during the KYC process.

ce777 targets processing of withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts within 24 hours of the request being submitted. Actual receipt of funds will depend on the processing time of the receiving bank or payment provider. ce777 accepts no responsibility for delays attributable to external payment processors.

Withdrawals will ordinarily be returned to the same payment method used for deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. Where this is not possible, ce777 will request alternative verification before processing the withdrawal to an alternative method.

Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or compliance with legal or regulatory requirements. ce777 will communicate the reason for any withdrawal delay to the affected Player within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ce777 offers a range of bonus and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual offer, which will be displayed at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and these general Terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that offer.

Unless otherwise specified in the offer terms, the following general bonus conditions apply across all ce777 promotional offers:

• Bonus funds are credited to a designated bonus balance and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as real funds.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the offer terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings not meeting the wagering requirement within this period will be forfeited.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred to another player or account.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise.
• ce777 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled while a Player is actively wagering against it, ce777 will apply fair and reasonable treatment in calculating any resulting balance.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated wagering, exploitation of technical errors, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine game engagement — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

ce777 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a Player's wagering activity constitutes bonus abuse. Such a determination may result in the cancellation of bonuses, reversal of associated withdrawals, and suspension or termination of the Player's account.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets available on the ce777 platform are subject to individual game rules and sportsbook betting rules which are published within the respective game interfaces and sportsbook sections. These rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

ce777 sportsbook odds are determined and displayed prior to your placing a bet. By confirming a bet, you accept the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. ce777 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from technical or human error. You will be notified of any voided bet and your stake will be returned.

All casino games on the ce777 platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The outcome of each game round is statistically independent of previous rounds. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

ce777 reserves the right to void any game round or bet in the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or where ce777 has reasonable grounds to believe that the outcome was influenced by fraudulent activity. In such cases, the affected stake will be returned to the Player's account.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ce777 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Creating or operating multiple ce777 accounts, or assisting another person to do so.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with the ce777 platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or sportsbook results.
• Placing bets as part of a coordinated arbitrage, match-fixing, or hedge-betting arrangement designed to circumvent risk controls.
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the ce777 platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in ce777's platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in any activity that could damage, disrupt, or place unreasonable load on ce777's infrastructure.
• Using another Player's account or payment credentials without their explicit authorisation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward ce777 staff or other Players.

9. KYC & Verification

ce777 is required by its licensing obligations and applicable anti-money laundering regulations to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process requires you to submit the following documentation when requested:

• Identity Verification: A clear copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back) or passport.
• Address Verification: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or other official document showing your full name and current residential address, dated within the last three months.
• Payment Method Verification: Evidence that the payment method used for deposit belongs to you, which may include screenshots of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your registered name and CNIC-linked mobile number.

KYC documents must be submitted electronically via the ce777 account verification section. All submitted documents are stored and processed in accordance with ce777's Privacy Policy. ce777 will make reasonable efforts to complete KYC verification within 72 hours of receiving all required documentation.

ce777 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point during the life of an account where enhanced due diligence is considered necessary. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality and, in persistent cases, account closure.

10. Privacy & Data

ce777 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a ce777 account, you consent to ce777's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ce777 will not sell your personal data to unrelated third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with licensed payment processors, KYC verification service providers, fraud prevention agencies, and regulatory authorities where required by law or licence conditions.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the ce777 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game interfaces, graphics, logos, brand names, trademarks, text, and audiovisual content — is the property of ce777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ce777 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any ce777 content without prior written authorisation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ce777's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with their use of the ce777 platform — whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their ce777 account in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

ce777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses including loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other economic loss arising from your use of or inability to use the ce777 platform, even if ce777 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

ce777 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to its platform. Planned maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur. ce777 will endeavour to give reasonable notice of planned maintenance and to resolve unplanned outages as quickly as practicable. ce777 accepts no liability for losses claimed to have arisen from platform downtime or connectivity issues.

13. Account Termination

You may close your ce777 account at any time by submitting a written request to the ce777 support team. Upon receipt of your request, ce777 will process any pending verified withdrawals and close your account. Any bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

ce777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at any time and without prior notice, where ce777 has reasonable grounds to believe that: the account holder is under 21 years of age; the account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or abusive purposes; the account holder has materially breached these Terms; or closure is required by applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

Where an account is closed by ce777 due to a material breach of these Terms, ce777 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance in that account, proportionate to the nature and extent of the breach established through ce777's internal review process.

14. Disputes & Governing Law

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your ce777 account or the ce777 platform, you should first contact the ce777 support team in writing at [email protected], setting out the nature of your complaint in reasonable detail. ce777 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve the complaint within 14 business days.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process to the Player's satisfaction, the dispute may be escalated to ce777's licensed dispute resolution process as specified under the platform's applicable gaming licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism are available from the ce777 support team.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under ce777's gaming licence jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Pakistani law where those rights cannot be excluded by contract.

15. Amendments to These Terms

ce777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — such as changes to bonus forfeiture rules, withdrawal procedures, or eligibility requirements — ce777 will provide registered Players with at least 7 days' advance notice via the email address registered to their account or via an on-platform notification.

Non-material amendments, such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required by law or licence condition, may take effect immediately without prior notice. The current version of these Terms is always accessible at ce777.bio/terms-conditions. The date displayed at the top of this document reflects the effective date of the current version.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you have the right to close your account before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the ce777 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms.
